BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on March 28 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Soitec, and now holds 4.98% of the capital and 3.90% of the voting rights of the semiconductor materials supplier.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of a sale of Soitec shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
