Solar Thin Films, Inc. (OTCPK:SLTZ) entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire assets of KLC Green Energy Corp on August 8, 2013. The terms are subject to final documentation. The parties have agreed to finalize the agreement within 30 days. The acquisition includes 100% of KLC including a small amount of work in progress, as well as inventory. The terms of the acquisition will be reported when the definitive agreement is signed by both parties. As of August 21, 2013 the transaction is expected to close within the next 3-4 weeks.
