Solar Thin Films, Inc. (OTCPK:SLTZ) entered into an agreement to acquire Solar Portables Business, Inc. on August 28, 2013. The acquisition includes $4 million of work in progress and an additional $1 million in finished goods inventory. The transaction is subject to final documentation.
The transaction is expected to be completed in 30-45 days.
