Huaneng Trust Yuanhe No. 6 Collection Fund Trust Plan, managed by Huaneng Guicheng Trust Corp.,Ltd. agreed to acquire a 5.01% stake in Jiangsu Tongrun Equipment Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002150) from Hangzhou Songcheng Group Holding, Huang Qiaoling and Liu Ping for CNY 1.6 billion on November 17, 2022. Under the terms, Huaneng Guicheng Trust will acquire 131,000,000 shares at CNY 12.16 per share. Hangzhou Songcheng Group Holding will sell 46,000,000 shares, Huang Qiaoling will sell 2 77,000,000 shares, and Liu Ping will sell 8,000,000 shares.
