The Board of Directors of Sonocom Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:7902) authorized a share repurchase program on August 24, 2012. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 50,000 shares for ¥25 million.
The shares will be repurchased from the Osaka Securities Exchange. The repurchases will be in accordance to Article 156, in lieu of Article 165, section 3 of the Company Act. The program will commence from September 1, 2012 and will continue until December 20, 2012.
