Boulder Growth & Income Fund, Inc. announced a 17.6% increase in the Fund's quarterly distribution to $0.12 per share beginning in January 2022, payable on the dates noted below.?This distribution is being paid as part of the Fund's managed distribution program under which the Fund intends to make per share distributions of $0.12 per quarter, or approximately $0.48 per year. As of market close on November 3, 2021, the distribution amounts to approximately 3.54% of market price and 2.93% of net asset value ("NAV") on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2022. Record date is January 24, 2022. Ex-dividend date is January 21, 2022.
