STX Engine Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A077970) agreed to acquire a 6% stake in OOS Investments B.V. for KRW 6.6 billion in cash on August 10, 2016. Under the terms of the agreement, STX Engine will acquire 6 shares in OOS Investments. OOS Investments B.V. reported total asset of KRW 9.33 trillion for the year ended 2015. The transaction is expected to complete on August 26, 2016. Scheduled acquisition date is amended to September 5, 2016.
