Under the program, the company will repurchase 50,000 shares, representing 0.46% of the outstanding shares, at 1,580 per share for ¥79 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to improve shareholder returns. As of January 10, 2020, the company had 10,769,077 shares outstanding and 1,023 shares in treasury.
