The Corporate Housing Management Agency segment is engaged in the outsourcing business of company housing, dormitories and parking lots for client companies. It provides client company management services such as introduction of rented company housing properties, contract and occupancy procedures, payment of rent, and checking of restoration costs when leaving. The Facility Management segment provides total management services from repairs based on facility management centered on condominiums. The Others segment provides cost reduction and operational efficiency services for the management departments of client companies, and secure support services for systems, equipment, and equipment related to crime prevention, disaster prevention, security and safety.
