For the full year, the company reported sales was USD 54.14 million compared to USD 5.89 million a year ago. Net income was USD 35.05 million compared to net loss of USD 4.24 million a year ago. The project covers a site area of approximately 103,385 square meters for the development of villa-style residential housing buildings. The Company leases its office properties under non-cancellable operating lease arrangements.
