Sunrise Real Estate Group, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was USD 108,523 compared to USD 724,827 a year ago. Operating loss was USD 2.115 million compared to USD 2.308 million a year ago. Net income was USD 22.325 million compared to net loss of USD 1.856 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.33 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.03 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was USD 802,194 compared to USD 32.424 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 6.001 million compared to USD 4.321 million a year ago. Net income was USD 19.712 million compared to USD 62,596 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.29.

The project covers a site area of approximately 103,385 square meters for the development of villa-style residential housing buildings. The Company leases its office properties under non-cancellable operating lease arrangements.
