SUPALAI Supalai Public Company Limited at its AGM held on April 21, 2021, approved the allocation of profit for the year 2020 for distribution of dividend to shareholders at THB 1.00 per share. The Company pays dividend on ordinary shares at the rate of THB 1.00 per share which totaled THB 1,948 million being 49% of the 2020 net profit after tax, of which the Company has paid interim dividend, THB 0.50 per share, the Company still has to pay the dividend for the second-half-year operations of 2020 at the rate of THB 0.50 per share. The dividend will pay to shareholder whose name was shown on the record date of April 30, 2021.
The dividend payment date is on May 14, 2021.
