On August 12, 2013, Mr. Barry Hollander resigned as Chief Financial Officer of SurgLine International, Inc. and SurgLine, Inc. His resignation was for business reasons and time constraints and was not related to any disagreement with company on any matter relating to the company operations, policies or practices.
