SurgLine International, Inc (OTCPK:SGLN) acquired Eden Surgical Technologies, LLC for $0.05 million on May 14, 2012. Under the terms of the agreement, SurgLine acquired all of the outstanding membership interests of Eden in exchange for the issuance of an aggregate of 50 million shares of its common stock. As a result of the exchange, Eden became a wholly owned subsidiary of SurgLine.
