The Company's holding shareholders and actual controllers Wu, Wang Huiming, Wu Qichao, and Huang Chunsheng, director and shareholder Zhao Qiang, shareholders Suzhou Riya Wuzhong Guofa Venture Capital Enterprise and Suzhou Huyang Linfengyi Investment Center, supervisors Chen Jian, Li Dongping, Gu Xiaoping, director, secretary, and shareholder Qian Qingfang, and shareholders and core technical staff Chen Xiaolong, Jiang Wenlin, and Wu Gefu committed to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 36 months from the listing date, September 5, 2017.
The Company's other shareholders committed to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 12 months from the listing date.

The Engineering Technology Services segment is mainly engaged in engineering inspection, insulation, waterproofing, reinforcement and other engineering professional construction, engineering design, engineering supervision and other technical services. The New Building Materials segment is primarily involved in manufacturing and sales of building materials, such as waterproofing membrane, waterproof coating, concrete admixture, insulation materials and building structural plastic.
