While maintaining its 'neutral' position on Swatch Group, UBS has reduced its price target from 229 to 207 Swiss francs, the day after the Swiss watchmaker published results well below expectations.
'The disappointing second-half results unveiled the previous day have probably reminded the market of the structural challenges facing Swatch, despite its low valuation', says the broker in the summary of its research note.
