Swissport Tanzania reported earnings results for the first half of 2015. For the period, the company reported pretax profit that increase by 43% to send a broaden smile to shareholders. The company profit before tax increased to TZS 9.93 billion from TZS 6.96 billion over the same period last year.
The good result was mainly driven by additional aircraft movements and the use of bigger equipment. Total revenue increased by 26% to TZS 25.35 billion.
