Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. at its board of directors meeting held on April 8, 2024, approved the declaration of cash dividends of PHP 0.3474 for the first quarter of 2024 from the Company's unrestricted retained earnings in view of the dividends received from National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Pacifica21 Holdings, Inc. and OneTaipan Holdings, Inc. with record date on April 26, 2024 and payment date on May 10, 2024.
