Systematix Corporate Services Limited announced resignation of Mr. Chandra Prakash Khandelwal as chairman of the Company has vide his resignation letter dated June 21, 2022, resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, Due to non-fully recovering from covid disease and can not fully concentrate his work and responsibilities, he further suffering from heavy weakness and other health issue. It is no longer possible to him to fulfill his duties with the company.
