Taisei Lamick Co., Ltd. (TSE:4994) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 1.44% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), at ¥2,742 per share, for ¥274.2 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until May 18, 2021. As of April 30, 2021, the company had 6,955,526 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 91,974 shares in treasury.
Taisei Lamick Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of packaging films and liquid filling machines.
