Ichigo Hotel REIT Investment Corporation agreed to acquire Hotel Sunshine Utsunomiya Co., Ltd from Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corporation for ¥2.2 billion

Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corp is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. It primarily invests in real estate, real estate lease rights, superficies and trust beneficiary rights. It mainly invests in properties located in the four major economic zones in Japan. It also invests a certain extent on properties located in areas other than the four major economic zones of regional core cities. Its property portfolio mainly includes NT Building, Higashi Ikebukuro Central Place, Omiya NSD Building, Nagoya Center Plaza Building, Amare Tokaido, J City Hatchobori, Dormy Inn Matsuyama and Hotel Sunshine Utsunomiya. The asset manager of the Fund is Takara PAG Real Estate Advisory Ltd.
