Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corporation entered into sales contract to acquire Meldia Cube Osaka East from MELDIA Development & Construction CO.,LTD. for approximately 940 million.

Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corp is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives.
