Taliworks Corporation Berhad Announces Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend in Respect of the Financial Year Ended December 31, 2022, Payable on March 31, 2023

Taliworks Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based infrastructure company. The Company has five businesses: Water Treatment and Supply, Highway Toll Concessionaire, Operations and Maintenance Operator, Engineering and Construction, Waste Management, and Renewable Energy. The Water Treatment and Supply business entails an operations and maintenance contract for the Sungai Selangor Water Treatment Plant Phase 1 (SSP1) that supplies potable water to parts of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. It completed its maiden foray into the renewable energy sector: TR Sepang Sdn. Bhd., TR SaTerm Sdn. Bhd., TR CPark Sdn. Bhd. and Taliworks Renewables Operations Sdn. Bhd. It owns and operates two highways, Grand Saga and Grand Sepadu. Its engineering and construction activities are undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiary, Taliworks Construction Sdn. Bhd. It provides waste management and public cleansing services in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia, namely Johor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka.
