Tecom Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 201.27 million compared to TWD 262.09 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 9.28 million compared to net income of TWD 4.72 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.67 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.29 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.67 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.14 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 382.52 million compared to TWD 535.21 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 27.72 million compared to net income of TWD 7.05 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.99 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.42 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.99 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.2 a year ago.
