For the third quarter, the company reported net income was BRL 34.24 million compared to BRL 29.94 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.52 compared to BRL 0.4536 a year ago. On February 1, 2012, the Company completed the aquisition of LTD Transportes Ltda.
