Texmo Pipes and Products Limited (BSE:533164) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Shree Venkatesh Industries Private Limited on February 13, 2024. Texmo Pipes and Products Limited will acquire 51% stake through subscription and acquisition for a combined INR 210 million. No governmental or regulatory approval is required for the same.

The deal has been approved by board of directors of Texmo Pipes and Products Limited. The deal is expected to be completed within 12 months.

The Company manufactures solvent cement, which is a colorless solution used for joining rigid polyvinyl chloride (RPVC) pipes and fittings. Its solvent cement is available in plastic bottles ranging from 25 milliliter (ml) to 1000 ml, and 5000 ml in cane. Its subsidiary is Shree Venkatesh Industries Private Limited.
