THAI UNION FEEDMILL Thai Union Feedmill Public Company Limited announced the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 1/2024 held on 16 February 2024 to the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follow: Approved the allocation of profits from the 2023 operating results as cash dividend with the payment rate of THB 0.13 per share, totaling approximately THB 65,000,000. The Company will pay the dividend from the operating results of 1 January - 31 December 2023 by paid from net profit in the part of BOI at the full amount.
The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be on 4 March 2024 and the dividend will be paid on 23 April 2024. However, this dividend payment is subject to the approval of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 4 April 2024.
