On June 1, 2023, NEXT STAGE Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction and received its second tranche closing from new investors RheosCP1 Fund, a fund managed by Rheos Capital Partners, Inc. and Optima Ventures Co., Ltd.
