The Ensign Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS:ENSG) acquired Operations of Midlothian Healthcare Center on May 1, 2024. In separate transactions on the same day, Ensign announced that it acquired seven other operations, four of which included real estate assets that were acquired by Standard Bearer. Real Estate and Operations of Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center were also acquired on May 1, 2024. Also, on the same day, Ensign announced that its affiliates acquired the following operations, which will be subject to long-term, triple net leases namely Creekview Health and Rehabilitation, Foothills Transitional Care and Rehabilitation.

It offers services at 310 healthcare facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin. It also acquires, leases and owns healthcare real estate to service the post-acute care continuum through acquisition and investment opportunities.
