1010 Printing Limited acquired an additional 4.1% stake in The Quarto Group, Inc. (LSE:QRT) from Lau Chuk Kin for £1.5 million on October 11, 2021. 1010 Printing Limited acquired 1.68 million shares of The Quarto Group, Inc. Prior to the transaction, 1010 Printing and Lau Chuk Kin held approximately 37.1% and 4.1% stake in The Quarto Group, Inc. After the transaction, 1010 Printing and Lau Chuk Kin will hold approximately 41.2% and nil share capital of Quarto. The consideration of the acquisition has been funded by the Group’s internal resources. The transaction is exempt from independent shareholder approval.
