The Quarto Group, Inc. Announces Appointment of Ken Fund as Non-Executive Director, Effective from 1 December 2021

On 3 June 2021, The Quarto Group, Inc. announced that COO Ken Fund intends to retire from the Company on 1 December 2021 and step-down from the Board on the same date. The Company now announced that following Ken's retirement, Ken will become a non-executive director of the Company from 1 December and will remain on the Board.
