Atlas Resource Partners Announces Suspension of Class D and Class E Preferred Unit Distributions

Atlas Resource Partners, L.P announced that its Board of Directors has elected to suspend ARP 8.625% Class D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units and 10.75% Class E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units distributions, beginning with the second quarter 2016 distribution, due to the continued lower commodity price environment.
