Titan Energy, LLC Appoints Fredrick Stoleru as Member of the Board, Effective as of February 8, 2017

Titan Energy LLC is an independent developer and producer of natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquid (NGLs), with operations in basins across the United States. The Company focuses on the horizontal development of resource potential from the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas. The Company's natural gas, crude oil and NGL production operations are focused in various plays throughout the United States, which includes direct interest wells and ownership interests in wells drilled through its drilling partnerships. The Company operates through three segments: gas and oil production, well construction and completion, and other partnership management. Gas and oil production positions are in six operating areas, such as Eagle Ford, North Texas, Appalachian Basin, Coal-Bed Methane, Rangely and Mid-Continent. The Company conducts energy activities and drilling activities through drilling partnerships.
