TMK Europe GmbH acquired an additional 6.1% stake in TMK-Artrom S.A. for RON 43 million.

TMK Artrom SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the steel industry. The Company is primarily active in the manufacture of steel products, such as tubes, pipes, hollow profiles, and fittings. The Company’s portfolio includes seamless precision steel tubes; seamless tubes for boilers and high temperature; conduction pipes; socket pipes; seamless steel pipes for water and gas, and mechanical pipes. Its products are manufactured through the process of hot and cold rolling of steel. The Company distributes its products on the domestic market and internationally. Besides the activities of the main company, the Firm operates through four subsidiaries located in Romania, Germany, Italy, and the United States of America.
