Tokai Electronics Co.,Ltd. (NSE:8071) agreed to acquire part of semiconductor sales business of Fujita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd on August 8, 2019. Tokai Electronics Co.,Ltd. (NSE:8071) signed a transfer agreement to acquire part of semiconductor sales business of Fujita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd on December 25, 2019. The purchase price is ¥3.8 billion. Tokai Electronics Co.,Ltd. plans to take over the employment of Fujita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd on April 1, 2020, a total of 15 employees who are in charge of the business to be acquired. The Board of Directors meeting held on December 25, 2019, has resolved to conclude the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete on April 1, 2020.
