Tokyo Kisen Co., Ltd. announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2020. For the period, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 11,825 million against JPY 12,713 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 170 million against JPY 883 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 300 million against JPY 1,006 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 30.26 against JPY 101.17 a year ago.
For the period, on nonconsolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 7,851 million against JPY 8,176 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 407 million against JPY 689 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 203 million against JPY 807 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 20.43 against JPY 81.14 a year ago.
