On May 16, 2009 ， invited by Board Chairman Mr. Shi Mingda, Academician of CAE Xu juyan, and Professor of HKUST Liu Hancheng (who is also the Academician of USA IEEE and ASME) paid a visit to our company for supervise.3D System Level Package to about fifty technicians in our company.
