TOPTEC Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A108230) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,388,888 shares. The purpose of the program is to protect shareholders and stabilize share prices. The program will be valid until December 19, 2018. As of September 18, 2018, the company had 594,284 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 4,485 shares in treasury under other capacities.
