TOSNET Corporation completed the acquisition of TOPROAD INC. for approximately ¥550 million.

TOSNET CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in security services focusing on traffic guidance security. The Company operates through four business segments. Security segment includes traffic control, facility security and train watch guards. Traffic control service ensures the safety of construction vehicles at construction sites, general vehicles and pedestrians. Facility security is engaged in the management of access control in hotels and buildings, the prevention of crime and disaster, and management of parking lot. Train watch guard ensures the safety of workers by monitoring the progress and passage of trains. Building Maintenance segment is engaged in building maintenance, cleaning business and stuff dispatching business. Mailing Service segment is engaged in transportation and packaging of mails, promotional items and samples. Power Supply segment is engaged in the provision of power for various events and concerts, and backup of relays related to TV stations.
