Tourism Holdings Limited (NZSE:THL) agreed to acquire Camperagent RV Centre which is a family owned business for AUD 11.9 million on January 23, 2024. The consideration consists of AUD 11.90 million in cash. As part of the consideration, AUD 11.90 million was paid towards common equity.
The deal is expected to be completed around end of January.
