The Company's primary business is the leasing of space on communications sites to mobile network operators (MNOs). It focuses primarily on the construction of towers in municipalities where cellular coverage is limited or non-existent. Each tower is built with an initial anchor-tenant commitment and space for an additional one to three tenants, or collocations. Its tower-related services include site acquisition, zoning and permitting, structural analysis, and construction, which primarily supports the Company's site leasing business, including the addition of new tenants and equipment on its sites. It offers tower-related services in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. It is focused on expanding 4G LTE/5G infrastructure in Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador and the United States and seek to open other territories.
