Ucar SA agreed to acquire a 24.00851% stake in By My Car Group SAS for €24.7 million.

Ucar SA is a France-based company that provides short, medium and long-term vehicle rental and leasing services. The Company offers its customers the choice to rent passenger cars and utility vehicles from half a day to up to three days and also offers leasing contracts for up to three years. Its points of sales are divided into franchises, as well as affiliates. Ucar SA has several subsidiaries: Ucar Location, which manages the franchises of the Company; Ucar Developpement, which is in charge of the management of affiliates; Ucar Fleet, which acts as the purchasing division of the Company; SS2A Courtage, which is in charge of insurance brokerage activities; and Societe Nouvelle de l’Estey, which focuses on key business accounts and the white label network.
