Ultrasonic AG announced that the company currently is unable to issue the consolidated interim report for the first nine months of fiscal 2014. Therefore, the publication originally scheduled for 28 November 2014 is deferred indefinitely.

The Slippers business segment produces all kinds of slippers and sandals. The Urban Footwear business segment produces urban footwear and markets its products to People's Republic of China (PRC). The Accessories business segment provides accessories under Ultrasonic brand to the PRC Distributors.
