Unbound Group plc Announces Alastair Miller, Non-Executive Director, Has Stepped Down from the Board

Unbound Group plc announced that Alastair Miller, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board effective immediately. Gavin Manson is now the Company's sole director. As previously announced, the Company is not currently compliant with the requirement under the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code for at least two independent non-executive directors.

The Company would seek to remedy this situation and reconstitute its board of directors at the time that any Transaction is completed, in order to ensure compliance with this aspect of the QCA Code.
