Level Up Investments, LLC and Mary Kay Tantum acquired 54.55% stake in Kore Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:KORX) from Young Ju Yi for $0.03 million on June 18, 2014. Level Up Investments, LLC and Mary Kay Tantum acquired 30 million shares each. The transaction was subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. Aspen Asset Management acted as escrow agent.
