Unimer is one of the leading North African food processing group. The group's activity is organized around 3 areas:

- production of canned fish: canned sardines and mackerel filets;

- manufacturing of canned fruits and vegetables: primarily apricots, olives, capers, jams, tomato purées, vinegars, mustards, sauces, condiments, and pickles;

- importation and distribution of food products: food pastes (Panzani brand), sauces (Tomadini), mustards, condiments, etc.

At the end of 2019, the group had 15 production sites located in Morocco (13), France and Peru.
