Union Insurance Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue was TWD 2,608.05 million compared to TWD 1,848.54 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 565.84 million compared to net loss of TWD 753.53 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.53 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 3.37 a year ago.
For the six months, revenue was TWD 4,976.66 million compared to TWD 3,877.34 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 764.92 million compared to net loss of TWD 815.57 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.42 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 3.65 a year ago.
