Its semiconductor equipment business division provides gas scrubbers, which are used for purifying noxious gases created in semiconductors and liquid crystal displays (LCDs) manufacturing processes; chiller units, which are used as controlling devices for chambers and wafer holders; vacuum lines, as well as equipment maintenance services. Its CISs business division provides camera modules for mobile phones.
