The transaction included participation from new investors JGC MIRAI Innovation Fund L.P., a fund managed by Global Brain Co., Ltd., Fulltime System Co., Ltd., FLAG-41 Co., Ltd., returning investors UNITED, Inc., ANOBAKA Inc., East Ventures Pte. Ltd., CoLife Co Ltd, and individual investors.
The company issued common shares through third-party allotment. The company has received ¥230 million in funding till date.
