Unitrontech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A142210) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1,000 million worth of shares under the contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and stability of stock price. The program will be valid until May 18, 2019. As of November 19, 2018, the company has 196,656 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 0 shares in treasury under other capacities.
